If you are not entirely happy with your order, please contact us at info@dpsdental.co.uk, or call us on: 01438820550. We will then advise you on returning the item and arrange a replacement or refund as required.
Please keep all packaging until you are entirely satisfied that you have the correct product and are happy with it.
We will not refund the shipping charge if the item is returned due to change of mind.
Cushions must not have been used and must be in a re-salable condition, with original packaging.
Once we have received the item back in its original packaging, we will be happy to arrange a refund to the payment card.
