The filter system consists of antibacterial microbial filter and HEPA mini pleat filter.
The Aerosol Evacuator is quiet, yet powerful enough to recycle and purify the air in an 8 foot x 10 foot treatment room in less than 5 minutes.
Fumes, aerosol, debris, and contamination are vacuumed through a 3 inch diameter, 5 foot long, self-supporting hose (elephant trunk), that allows placement of the flared opening in close proximity to the operating field (patient). The trunk is encased in a polyethylene sleeve for easy wipe down, while a stretchable polyester/cotton blend sleeve slips over the outside and down into the inside of the flared opening.
The AE can double as a cart because the top surface has room to place an air abrasion, laser or electrosurgical device and casters insure easy movement to multiple treatment rooms.

CrystalAir Abrasion
We originally started selling the CrystalAir Evacuator 21 years ago as it was originally developed to evacuate aerosol generated by rotary handpieces and air abrasion procedures in dental surgeries. We didn't sell very many at the time, as the Crystalair abrasion system produces so little dust, that most practices opted to do without the Evacuator.
